Processing Time

All of our items are handmade with love and care. Orders are processed and ready for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Shipping Time

We ship internationally from Vietnam. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 10–20 business days

• Rest of the World: 14–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, weather, or local carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived within 35 business days from the dispatch date, please reach out to us at noirgoldhandmade@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and make sure you are taken care of!
